Just as you have thought you are done, we want to encourage you to repeat this every year. The students are constantly changing, there are numerous external factors impacting on education, your internal context will change as well. Repeating this will become a very satisfactory activity and when you are ready to hand the programme leadership baton on, there will be a rich story you will be able to share with your successor.

If you approached this as a piece of research, you will have also collected a lot off data and you will have now seen impact. This will give you a unique opportunity to disseminate your work not only within your institution, but make a difference to wider community of educators. And perhaps you are aspiring for a fellowship with Advance HE or you are putting yourself for a special accreditation, this fantastic piece of work you have completed will make you shine. And hopefully, you will adapt this review and make it even better. Perhaps there is a scope to enhance it, make it specific for a variety of disciplines diverse learners, create a digital version?
