This stage is crucial for verifying assumptions, understanding interdependencies and impact of programme governance on your future improvement planning.
It is useful to approach the IPR as a research project and even submit ethical approval to your research committee, which will later enable you to report on your findings in a scholarly way.
This approach also helps you to have a more systematic way to record your collected evidence and treat it as data that you can refer to later on in any committee proposals. You will appreciate being systematic and thorough and having a record of the source of your data.
Are you ready to start? Your first step to IPR starts right now.
