{"id":1,"date":"2021-06-01T12:19:24","date_gmt":"2021-06-01T12:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/ibdsurvey\/?p=1"},"modified":"2021-10-18T14:43:39","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T14:43:39","slug":"ibd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/ibdsurvey\/2021\/06\/01\/ibd\/","title":{"rendered":"IBD Geographical Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>Welcome to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Geographical Influences Survey<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with King\u2019s College, London and London\u2019s Guy\u2019s and St Thomas\u2019 Hospital, Lancaster University has initiated a project to examine if where you live influences whether you have Crohn\u2019s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis or indeterminate IBD. Therefore, we are reaching out to people with diagnosed IBD to take part in our brief survey.<\/p>\n<p>The survey will take approximately 5 minutes. When the survey starts, you will first encounter a Participant Information Sheet which describes the project and hopefully answers any possible questions you might have. It also gives you the opportunity to contact us for further information. Once you read the Participant Information Sheet, please click on the \u2018<strong>I have read and understood<\/strong>\u2018 button at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>This will bring you to the second page which is the Consent Form.
