    Please, click on the \u201cI have read this and understand\u201d button at the end of the page. When you click on this button, the color of the button will turn to red<\/strong>. Then you can go to the next page by clicking the next button at the bottom right of the page.<\/p>\n

    1. I am stuck on the “Consent Form” page and can\u2019t move forward.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please make sure to click on the six elements listed. After clicking, the element color will be red<\/strong>. Then you can choose one of the two options below and press the “Next” button to continue with the survey.<\/p>\n

      1. I recorded my postcodes but I can’t complete the survey. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In the last three questions, you need to write your postcodes. Especially in the last question, please be sure to write down as many addresses as you can remember. Then you can finish the survey by clicking the “Next” button in the bottom right corner of the page. If a pop-up message like the one below appears, you can finish the survey by clicking “Continue Without Answering<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

        Please make sure to complete as many postcodes as possible before clicking this button. This is the last question of the survey and once you click it, the survey ends.<\/p>\n

        1. Can I fill out the survey from mobile devices? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Yes, you can fill it out, but we highly recommend you to participate in the survey from a computer if possible. Mobile devices tend not to alert you to any errors during the survey.<\/p>\n

          1. Can I continue after leaving the survey unfinished?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            When you leave the survey unfinished, you can continue where you left off on the same device (mobile phone or computer). If you log in from a different device, you will create a new survey entry. Therefore, we recommend that you complete the survey from the same device.<\/p>\n
