Bookings fully paid prior to 14th March 2022 qualify for our Early Bird Fees.
The conference will run from lunchtime Monday – lunchtime Wednesday
Residential Rates
(14/03/22) We have now used all the rooms allocated to us at Lancaster House Hotel and are in the process of trying to secure further accommodation. Please email the Conference Administrator if you require the residential option.

Includes two nights en suite accommodation at Lancaster House Hotel (Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th July, 2022) attendance at conference with lunch on 2 days, daily refreshments, dinner on Monday 4th July and conference dinner on Tuesday 5th July.
Additional nights can be booked, the cost for this is £98.00 per night (single room bed & breakfast). There is space to request this on the online booking form and payment will be requested separately.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled prior to the 1st April 2022 will be refunded, less an administration fee of £50.00. Bookings cancelled after this date can’t be refunded but a substitute delegate can be added.
