Here you will need to register before you can search and download the data.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Searching the data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First open the zipped <strong>1. Data Summary<\/strong> folder. The <strong>Data Overview<\/strong> file summarises the different types of data available for that project. Here is an <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/floodarchive\/files\/2019\/09\/Accessible-CYPF_ReadMe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">example<\/a> from the Children, Young People &amp; Flooding project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Next look at the <strong>Data Spreadsheet<\/strong> which provides detailed <strong>metadata<\/strong> for each project &#8211; see this <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/floodarchive\/files\/2019\/09\/Accessible-Children-Young-People-Flooding-Data-Spreadsheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spreadsheet example<\/a> from the Children, Young People &amp; Flooding project. Each file (transcript or image) is linked to a file number and to a description of the participant(s) by age, gender and location. In the case of the Children, Young People and Flooding project, there is also a short description of the contents of each conversation and image. This makes it possible to search the spreadsheets by:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">age (for children)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">location (e.g. \u2018urban\u2019 or \u2018rural\u2019)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">gender<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">conversation topic (e.g. insurance, pets, sandbags\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">image subject (e.g. skip, drains)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">data type (i.e. transcript or image)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">data collection method (e.g. Walk &amp;
