We are delighted that you are able to join us for this conference, which will be held at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) to mark Stephen Taylor\u2019s Retirement!<\/p>\n

Registration for the conference begins at 09:00 hrs on Wednesday, 29th<\/sup> March and the conference will end at 16:00\u00a0hrs on Friday, 31st<\/sup> March.<\/p>\n

If you are presenting at the conference, please be aware of your allocated time slot. All papers are allocated 30 mins. 25 mins presentation and 5 mins for Q&A. Please make sure you are aware of the room you are presenting in and that your presentation is uploaded in plenty of time. Your presentations should be brought with you on a pen drive. If you do not have a pen drive, please email your presentation to FE Conference<\/a> by no later than 17:00 hrs (UK time) on Monday, 27th<\/sup> March<\/strong> and we will upload it on your behalf.<\/p>\n

Our three Keynotes sessions are 1-hour sessions.<\/p>\n

The poster session will run during the lunchtime periods on day 1 and day 2. Please refer to the Conference Programme<\/a>\u00a0for your slot. If you would like to have your poster printed locally, you can do so via our Design, Photography & Print Unit<\/a>. However, you will need to collect it prior to your session. Please refer to their website<\/a>. Poster should be no bigger than A1 size. We will supply material for poster fixing and the support team will happily fix your poster up ahead of your session.<\/p>\n

Our Conference Dinner, which takes place at 18:30 hrs at Lancaster Golf Club<\/a> on the evening of Thursday, 30th<\/sup> March. The venue is a short ride away (10\/15 mins) and a coach will be provided to take you and bring you back to campus with one drop off stop in Lancaster Town Centre. It will leave from outside of the Management School at 17:30 hrs<\/strong> prompt and return back to campus at 22:00 hrs. One drop off in Lancaster town centre will be made only on the return trip for those staying in the town centre!<\/p>\n

For your information, LUMS is located on the map as MAN under south campus. The main entrance to the school is located at the front of the school.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re visiting campus during the day then parking charges apply. A ticket can be purchased from any of the pay and display machines across campus at a cost of \u00a32 for two hours or \u00a35 for up to 10 hours (\u00a33 on South West Campus). All payments are contactless by either chip and pin or contactless card payment. Alternatively, all-day visitor scratch cards are available for home delivery in advance of your visit. These are available from the online store.<\/a><\/p>\n
