We have discussed some of the major challenges faced by managers and leaders in this area, particularly the combination of increased needs and resource constraints. We have identified some initial topics for possible leadership learning, such as transition points. Our plan is now for these key individuals to form the advisory group as we build a larger proposal for further research collaboratively with them.

Launch event of the Queer Medical Humanities Network (QMHN)

Dr Benjamin Dalton (DELC)

The FHASS Health Hub funding supported the inaugural event of the newly formed Queer Medical Humanities Network (QMHN) at Lancaster University, which is led by Dr Benjamin Dalton and aims to spotlight issues relating to queer and LGBTQIA+ healthcare within the Medical Humanities.
