For students and graduates from the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (FHASS), recognising and managing these feelings is key to building confidence and thriving in your career.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Is Imposter Syndrome?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Imposter syndrome involves persistent doubts about your abilities despite evidence of your competence. You might feel like you\u2019re \u2018faking it,\u2019 fear being \u2018found out,\u2019 or believe your success is down to luck rather than your skills.
