He held a KTP Fellowship at the University of Technology Sydney in 2018. Dr. Ma served as Technical Program Chair for IEEE ICAC’18 and General Conference Chair for IEEE ICAC’19. He was President of the Chinese Automation and Computing Society in the UK (CACSUK) from 2019 to 2021.
