UK.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>For maps, travel and directions to campus, please visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/about-us\/maps-and-travel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/about-us\/maps-and-travel\/#visitor-car-parking-409509-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visitor Parking Zones and Charges<\/a> \u2013 Parking Scratch Cards will be available from the Conference Registration Desk and must be displayed on your car dashboard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visitor Wi-Fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LU Visitor Wi-Fi<\/strong>\u00a0enables visitors who cannot use eduroam to get internet access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LU-Visitor<\/strong>\u00a0is a public Wi-Fi network and so not a secure network. It is designed for temporary access; you will need to sign back in every 24 hours. It is not for long-term use by staff and students as they can use the secure eduroam Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n<p>To connect to\u00a0<strong>Visitor Wi-Fi,<\/strong>\u00a0look for LU-Visitor in your list of Wi-Fi networks and follow the Visitor Wi-Fi registration instructions on your device.<\/p>\n<p>You will need to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>Register to use\u00a0<strong>LU Visitor Wi-Fi<\/strong>\u00a0with either a: Google account, Facebook account or using email verification (providing a personal email address).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: If you choose email verification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An email will be sent to the personal email address you gave. Open the email on the same device, and click on the link to verify the connection. You will be given 10 minutes internet connection to allow you to complete the registration.<\/li>\n<li>Once verified you will have 24 hours access to Visitor Wi-Fi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can either stay on Campus or in Lancaster House Hotel, from where everything will be in walking distance of the conference. Alternatively, you can stay in Lancaster City Centre \u2013 a short bus ride or taxi journey away from the Campus. There are also other rural\/out of town options for those with a car or who are happy to take a taxi or public transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campus Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Campus accommodation are en-suite and can be booked\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conferences.lancs.ac.uk\/bedandbreakfast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a> via our Conference Centre using the promotion code DLCC25. It is about a 5\u201310-minute walk from campus accommodation to the conference venue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lancaster House Hotel Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accommodation can be booked at the 4-star\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/englishlakes.co.uk\/lancaster-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lancaster House hotel<\/a>, which is situated next to our campus and opposite the Management School.
