We now know that innovation starts with gathering information and insights about the context. In this section, we move from context to the actual people who are affected by our problem\u00a0 \u2013 the students themselves! Are you ready to meet them? In this section we will learn about empathy and how to put yourself into the shoes of your customers. This is a key skill of any good innovator.<\/div>\n

It is not just about asking: “Excuse me, what would you like us to sell, offer, create for you?” Many times we don’t know what we need and questioning your target audience you want to innovate for in this way may not give you the answers you need to develop a successful solution.
