In one episode she referred to the relationship between the rather crude image projected on to our retina by the eye lens, and the much clearer picture that we actually \u2018see\u2019. And, as she proceeded to discuss this, it was as though she was describing the brain as acting like a <span class=\"style\">Kalman Filter<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>Click on the link above to read the pdf file of my thoughts on this.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/dbmmodeling\/files\/2025\/02\/Recursive-aspects-of-Quantum-Mechanics.pdf\">Recursive aspects of Quantum Mechanics<\/a><\/p>\n<p>These thoughts relate to one of the basic equations of quantum mechanics, the Schro\u0308dinger equation.
