RIVCBJDD is for the estimation of continuous-time TF models with multiple-inputs and different denominators; while RIVCBJFDID and RIVCBJFD are for the identification and estimation of continuous-time models with multiple inputs and fractional (non-integer) time delays between the inputs and the output.
