Tools trained using large amounts of computing power would face more obligations and reporting restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong><em>So what?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies will not have to implement the rules for 2 years, in which time they could be out of date before they are even implemented.
