Internship case studies

Internships represent a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a field directly relevant to your degree scheme.

The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) offer a range of full time 2-3 month summer internships (July to September). These are available to current students and recent FST graduates. There are also some part-time opportunities tailored around academic studies.

A placement with a company could be what gives you the edge over other candidates for graduate jobs. Links to real case studies of FST students can be found here. Example companies include Intelligent Turf, The Environment Agency and BT.
