Rehabilitation Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n

Situated on Folkestone Harbour, this project combines a rehabilitation restaurant and RNLI lifeboat station to create a hybrid-programme building centred on social reintegration. The restaurant provides training, employment and mentoring opportunities for refugees and former prisoners, supporting pathways back into society through hospitality and food production. Integrated fishing, oyster and mussel farming initiatives contribute to the local economy while improving marine biodiversity and water quality. The overall scheme promotes community resilience, environmental responsibility and the collective values of care, service and rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
