The cycle of body renewal | The sports centre<\/span><\/p>\n

The cycle of body renewal is a public sports and wellbeing centre located in the Lancaster Canal Quarter. The purpose is to address the lack of health-focused sporting facilities in the east. The east is dominated by arts and entertainment, and therefore, this proposal introduces a programme characterised by areas of physical and mental well-being. Thus responding to the community interest. The proposal reflects the body\u2019s natural daily needs of energise, nourish and restore. Therefore, the building integrates active, social and restorative spaces through a sports area, cafe and rest area.<\/p>\n
