The conference platform<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The conference will be organized using Whova<\/span>\u00ae <\/span>which can be downloaded for free from your favourite app store. All meetings will take place through the Zoom interface integrated within Whova. Your login to Whova will be managed through the email account you used for registering with the conference. You will receive an email to provide you with more information on the Whova system. Links to the relevant Zoom meetings for the conference will be visible on Whova agenda few hours before the conference starts. Questions and answers will be managed through the Whova Q&A chat to remain available for the speakers and attendees after a meeting ends. Please, do not use the chat feature of Zoom. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Oral presentations<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n All the oral presentations are delivered live and online.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Presenters of oral contributions are requested to log into the Whova portal and access the streaming link of the relevant session\/talk prior to the start of each session. The streaming platform will be Zoom. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Invited speaker –\u00a0<\/em>The duration of invited oral presentations is 25 minutes, including 20-minute presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Regular oral paper –\u00a0<\/em>For regular oral presentations, the duration is 15 minutes, including a 12-minute presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Poster presentations<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Poster presentations will be pre-recorded and uploaded on the \u2018Posters\u2019 area of Whova platform, which can be found under ‘Agenda’ in the left-hand side menu of the Whova Web app. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Every poster presenter will receive a personal link to access their Whova space and set up their poster material prior to the conference. Whova allows to customize your space through the upload of various content, including a file video, a pdf file, a cover image and optional additional material. The preferred format of presentation is to record a short video (5 minutes maximum, 50 MB maximum size) of your presentation using PowerPoint or your favourite presentation software. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Note – In case your video exceeds 50 MB, we suggest that you use: https:\/\/www.freeconvert.com\/video-compressor to convert your video very quickly. There is an option to select the target file size. We recommend that you select 45 MB using H264 coded.
