In the beginning there was a Plan.<\/span>
\nAnd then came the Assumptions.<\/span>
\nAnd the Assumptions were without form.<\/span>
\nAnd the Plan was without substance.<\/span>
\nAnd darkness was on the face of the workers.<\/span>
\nAnd they spake amongst themselves saying<\/span>
\n‘It is a crock of shit, and it stinks!’<\/span>
\nAnd the workers went unto their Managers and said<\/span>
\n‘It is a plan of dung, and none may abide the odour thereof.’<\/span>
\nAnd the Managers went unto their Assistant Directors saying<\/span>
\n‘It is a container of excrement, and it is very strong, such that none can abide by it.’<\/span>
\nAnd the Assistant Directors went unto their Directors saying<\/span>
\n‘It is a vessel of fertilizer, and none may abide its strength.’<\/span>
\nAnd the Directors spake unto the Vice Chancellor, saying unto him<\/span>
\n‘It promotes growth, and is very powerful.’<\/span>
\nAnd the Vice Chancellor went unto the Senate, saying unto them<\/span>
\n‘This new Plan will actively promote growth and vigour in this University, with powerful effects.’<\/span>
\nAnd the Senate looked upon the Plan and saw that it was good.<\/span>
\nAnd the Plan became Policy.<\/span>
\nThis is how shit happens.<\/span><\/p>\n
