Since our report, we note that LUSU has sent out a &#8216;special newsletter&#8217; to promote participation, which also clarifies that in the event of multiple votes from a user, only the first vote will be counted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace\">We are, however, disappointed to note that LUSU is continuing to promote voting in this unconstitutional and illegitimate general meeting, held to approve or disapprove their affiliations for the next academic year. We reiterate that LUSU&#8217;s constitution and bye-laws do not allow for General Meetings to be conducted in this way.
