We will be discussing\u00a0<em>Grace and Mary\u00a0<\/em>by Melvyn Bragg &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/2013\/may\/19\/grace-and-mary-melvyn-bragg-review\">an insightful, moving tale of ageing and our helplessness in the face of dementia<\/a>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<p>We are joined by <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.mmu.ac.uk\/english\/staff\/profile\/index.php?profile_id=24\">Dr Lucy Burke<\/a>, Principle Lecturer in the Department of English, Manchester Metropolitan\u00a0University, whose current research focuses on the representation of dementia in contemporary literature and cinema.
