Shane Riza<\/strong><\/a>, command pilot and former instructor at the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, author of <em>Killing Without Heart. Limits on Robotic Warfare in an Age of Persistent<\/em> <em>Conflict <\/em>(2013).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.juttaweber.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Jutta Weber<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Professor of\u00a0Media Studies,\u00a0University\u00a0of Paderborn; feminist philosopher, media theorist and science and\u00a0technology studies scholar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/law\/people\/wilke-christiane\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Christiane Wilke<\/strong><\/a>, Associate Professor in Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University, Canada.
