Whats great about events such as Pwn2Own is that experienced hackers can cracking into various software packages, legally and earn prizes for this and are under an NDA doing this. I’m a fan of this because its yet another way to find huge security vulnerabilities in software and have them patched up by their creator. Often this saves the average consumer from data leaks and potential computer breaches.
