Generally most computers have fans in computers to keep them cool. Heat is produced due to the inefficiencies of computer processor.
High performance processors such as the Intel Core i7 6700k with a TDP of 95w can be used in conjunction with just a radiator rather than having a clunky fan to blow air through a small heat sink. This reduces the possibility of cooling system failure by a huge factor as fan failure is the number one cause.
A side effect of this is commercial high performance servers will become cheaper to run due to the reduction in maintenance costs of the cooling system.
