Facebook has changed the way we communicate. They have blasted the so called six degrees of separation and reduced it to 3.57 due to their vast social network which means you are only 3.57 on average contacts away from talking to everyone on facebook. Technology like this is great and can mean lost relatives can be found again, which is why I believe facebook is part of the future.

With Mark Zuckerberg’s plan to increase the FB user base to 5 billion by 2030, almost everyone would be able to communicate over the platform.
