The conference is prepared to accommodate 30-36 paper presentations including up to 12 papers, which we expect to come from emergent regions in terms of qualitative accounting research. Colleagues across the globe specialising in any area of qualitative accounting are invited to submit papers, by sending them to jingxue.xia@bristol.ac.uk (Jingxue Xia – Doctoral student from the University of Bristol) and copying in QAIP-Conference@lancaster.ac.uk.
Key dates:
The deadline for paper submission is 14th March 2022. The notification of our decision on papers will be sent back to authors no later than 11th April 2022. There will be no comments out of the review process. The deadline for submitting revised papers is 20th May 2022.
Accepted papers will be circulated among participants prior to the conference. Each of the accepted papers will be assigned a discussant. At the conference, each paper session will last 45 minutes, including author(s) presenting the paper for 20 minutes, followed by comments from the discussant (up to 15 minutes) and then open discussion.
