If your organisation still wishes to make a submission, please let us know by emailing us at <a href=\"mailto:observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk\">observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a national call for evidence that aims to better understand how your organisation uses research evidence in policy and practice. We also want your views on priorities for any new family justice observatory (England and Wales).<\/p>\n<p>We invite submissions from <strong>policy, practice and research leads on behalf of their organisations<\/strong> representing one or more of the following stakeholder groups within the family justice system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practitioners (e.g. judges, lawyers, barristers, experts, social workers).<\/li>\n<li>System-wide users (e.g. national and local policy makers).<\/li>\n<li>Researchers and analysts (e.g. academic, government, independent).<\/li>\n<li>Parties to cases (e.g. young people, parents, extended family members, other carers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Background and guidance<\/h3>\n<p>For further background information and guidance regarding responses to the call, please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/lancaster.box.com\/shared\/static\/32ipbf35vams49qrfkha3thq2samxnvo.docx\">Background and Guidance document<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Internal consultation<\/h3>\n<p>We would encourage internal consultation to inform the submissions. We have made available <a href=\"https:\/\/lancaster.box.com\/shared\/static\/4ixcbyyos78lxbe3g5lw6ghtvh6a2kz6.pptx\">some slides<\/a> summarising the scoping study and the call for evidence, you may wish to modify these to better suit your needs.<\/p>\n<h3>Submitting a response<\/h3>\n<p>In order to submit a response:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download our <a href=\"https:\/\/lancaster.box.com\/shared\/static\/n44g50qgyeefp9wz33g10qb3hs6vspl6.docx\">Submission Template<\/a> to an appropriate place on your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your responses into the text boxes within the template.<\/li>\n<li>Once complete, send it via email with the subject &#8220;Call for Evidence Response&#8221; to: <a href=\"mailto:observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk\">observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Publication of responses<\/h3>\n<p>Where respondents agree to publication of their responses (anonymous or otherwise), these will be published on this project website, following a dissemination event at the Nuffield Foundation in Spring 2017.<\/p>\n<h3>Any questions?<\/h3>\n<p>In the first instance see our <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/observatory-scoping-study\/faq\/\">FAQ<\/a> otherwise email us at: <a href=\"mailto:observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk\">observatory.scoping.study@lancaster.ac.uk<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The deadline for the call has now passed for the national call for evidence.
