Showing individuals NoSA Lab resources will be a great way to update the community of our research interests and to engage them in exciting new ideas! Welcome to anyone over the age of 60. It was an incredible experience, thank you to everyone who came! | Dr Helen Nuttall two exciting talks into the Neuroscience of Music, organised by Seed Talks. These talks covered the latest research on the role of music for brain health and the fascinating communication between your ears and your brain. It also addressed some frequently asked questions about the impact of music. Check out the details of the talk here. | Another huge congratulations to our PI, Dr HelenNuttall, for being awarded funding for a 2 year project co-funded by North West Cancer Research and Rosemere Cancer Foundation, investigating chemotherapy-induced hearing loss and health inequality! In this respect, the three themes chosen for the 2024 roundtables promise valuable exchanges with the opinion leaders concerned, with Dr Nuttall engaging in Hearing & Cognition. This will investigate brain stimulation for hearing aid efficacy in age-related hearing loss, and aims to positively impact hearing aid usage, uptake and stigma. Congratulations, we are all so proud!
