This website was originally created to accompany the innovative <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ahrc.ac.uk\">Arts and Humanities Research Council<\/a>-funded doctoral training programme \u2018Theories and Methods: Literature, Science, and Medicine\u2019, which ran from 2009 to 2011. The <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/litscimed\/events\/\">Events<\/a> page provides an overview\u00a0of the programme, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/litscimed\/resources\/\">Resources<\/a> page presents a range of LitSciMed learning\u00a0materials, films, and useful links.<\/p>\n<p>On 30-31 March 2016, a further <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/litscimed\/event-7\/\">two-day LitSciMed symposium<\/a>, also funded by the AHRC, was held at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\">Lancaster University<\/a>.
