It was\u00a0a collaboration between five of London\u2019s most dynamic cultural and educational institutions: the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aaschool.ac.uk\">Architectural Association<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbk.ac.uk\">Birkbeck, University of London<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ica.org.uk\">Institute of Contemporary Arts<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencemuseum.org.uk\">Science Museum<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tate.org.uk\">Tate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Teaching faculty and supervisors were drawn from a diverse range of institutions and disciplines, and included architectural theorists and designers, specialists in art history and curatorial work, cinema critics and film-makers, historians, literary scholars, artists, political theorists, and philosophers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From\u00a01993 to 2012, the\u00a0London Consortium was a multi-disciplinary graduate programme in humanities and cultural studies.
