Student Matt Taylor was assisting EiR Adrian Cresswell and his team here on campus last week:

Matt runs the Hive which is an entrepreneurial networking group here at Lancaster and was assisting Adrian (MD of AM Services) and his sales director Ashley Kirk and Ops director Greg O’Brien by running a Design Sprint for them. They were tackling their challenging acquisition dilemma by using Design Sprint processes which is a 2-5 day process that tackles critical business challenges and moves from idea to prototype to decision in a fraction of time this normally happens in!
