Hilal Ahmed <\/strong>is Associate Professor at the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies and Associate Editor, South Asian Studies<\/a>, journal of the British Association of South Asian Studies. He is the Co-Investigator on the Digital Humanities in India Research Network. He works on political Islam, Muslim modernities\/ representation, and politics of symbols in South Asia.\u00a0 Blogs, article and popular writings by Ahmed have been published in The Quint<\/a>, Indian Express<\/a>, The Print<\/a> and Newslaundry<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Swapna Liddle <\/strong>is convenor of the Delhi Chapter of INTACH, a historian with a special interest in Delhi.<\/p>\n

Patricia Murrieta-Flores<\/strong> is a Lecturer in Digital Humanities<\/a> and Co-Director of the Digital Humanities Hub<\/a> at Lancaster University. My interest lies in the application of technologies for Humanities and my primary research area is the Spatial Humanities. She is PI on the Transatlantic Platform (T-AP) funded project \u2018Digging into Early Colonial Mexico: A large-scale computational analysis of 16th century historical sources\u2019, and also collaborator and Co-I in multiple projects funded by the ERC, ESRC, AHRC, HERA, and the Paul Mellon Centre among others. She has edited and contributed to multiple books on Digital Humanities, Cultural Heritage, the use of GIS and other technologies in Archaeology, History, and Literature, and published multiple articles exploring theories and methodologies related to space and place.<\/p>\n

Surajit Sarkar <\/strong>is Associate Professor at Ambedkar University, Delhi, and co-ordinates the Centre for Community Knowledge<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Deborah Sutton <\/strong>is Senior Lecturer in Modern South Asian History at Lancaster University, UK, and Editor of South Asian Studies<\/a>, Journal of the British Association of South Asian Studies. She is the Principal Investigator on the AHRC Digital Humanities in India Research Network.<\/p>\n
