This is a structured and supported innovation programme, designed as a series of online sessions for leaders of small businesses, who are actively seeking to innovate and recognise the value in testing ideas as a group.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">About this event&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">In this session we\u2019ll look at how we keep the innovation process going in our businesses. So we\u2019ve spent all this time together \u2013 so what? This session will be here to meet the groups\u2019 emergent needs, but may well include testing and iteration: exploring hypothesis based creative thinking and the rhythm of creativity and testing.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">Who is it for?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">This session is for Cumbria based business owners, managers and anyone responsible for managing people.
