Chatbots has been used in many sectors: education, health, and business. Our road map starts with an overview about chatbots, the history, the machine learning algorithms that has bee used. Then we turn on to clarify the usefulness of chatbots in finance by presenting some chatbot examples that has been used in banking and account services, requesting and managing refunds, and self-service insurance transactions. After all we will end up with our Finance QA corpus that were collected to train a chatbot which will serve in that domain.
